Q. Where can i find my purchased course?
Answer : Check the email you provided at checkout for a link to your purchased courses. You can also go to the Main website page by clicking on the ieltspractice-tests.com logo (top left corner) and check the course you just purchased, it will say “enrolled”. Click on it and you can access your new course.
Q. What happens to my entries/answers on Writing and Speaking tests?
Answer: Once you complete a writing or Speaking test, click submit. A trainer will evaluate your answers and you will be notified by email (the one you provided during checkout) once your evaluation is complete.
Q. Who do I contact for any issues with the website, payment or courses in general?

Q. Where can I find my band scores and evaluation results?
Answer: Go to My Account -> All your band scores and evaluation results will be displayed there.
